What are the hours?

A. Members can access SHIFT Mon-Fri 5am-9pm and Sat/Sun 7am-7pm. Staff are here 6am-9pm Mon-Fri, Sat 9-3 and Sundays by appointment.

Do I have to sign a contract to join?

Nope. Memberships are month to month, yearly or by package.

What is a “strategy session” and why would I want one?

Everyone has different needs, goals and experience with fitness and nutrition. The strategy session gives you an obligation-free opportunity to sit down with someone to determine just what you need to help you reach your goals. The fee for the session is applied to what ever membership, package or service you select.

What’s the 6 Week Jumpstart?

This is our best package for someone who really needs a “kick in the ass” to establish new habits and behaviors. You will get wraparound support and accountability to help you really stick with your goals beyond that period of time most fall off the wagon.

Do you offer any free trials?

YES!!! If you are local, you can try us out for 72 hours. You can also participate in one of our small group classes for free!

Any discounted memberships?

Absolutely, we offer discounts for: first responders, medical providers and veterans.

Do you participate in Silver Sneakers and/or Silver & Fit?

YES!! We participate in Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit and Active & Fit. You just need to contact your insurance and tell them you want to join SHIFT.
